2011 - PROJECT JAPANJapan's earthquakes and tsunami has left drastic results on their northeastern shore. On March 11th, the island was struck by a massive 9.0 magnitude earthquake leaving many people injured, missing, dead, or without water and/or electricity. They are still trying to find survivors out of all the rubble and destroyed buildings and homes while at the same time facing nuclear crisis with their nuclear plant in Fukushima. Smaller-scaled earthquakes (around 5.0-6.0 magnitude) are still striking Japan as aftershock. Due to Japan’s current conditions, many companies are forced to shut down while survivors must seek for shelter, many without heat or enough water/food.
